The table toppers are still Tusker FC with 41 points. Gor Mahia, the bitter rivals of the Leopards are second having previously tied with the Leopards at Games 2 and 9. Gor also caught up with Tusker at Games 15 and 16.
Gor had a 12 point gap with the Leopards but the same has been narrowed to 7. Tusker however still maintain a 12 point gap with the Leopards from a high of 14. It is expected that Leopards will bridge the gap even more when the League resumes in September.
